Almost always the bank being cautious with a merchant it hasn’t seen you use before - not you, and not the name.
Three declines with two methods means something on the banking side needs a human: call the number on the back of the card and say you’re trying to complete an online purchase. Or simply email support@just-done.ai with the domain name and what the screen showed - we see the attempt status on our side (never your card details) and can tell you exactly where it stopped. One thing to know before you retry: once a registration completes it’s final, so check the spelling on the checkout screen. Full terms are in the refund policy.
Card numbers never touch our servers and never appear in any chat. If anyone asks for yours to “complete the order” - including someone claiming to be support - that’s not us.
Re-check that the name is still free, then finish the registration in your browser.
Search againMy payment for a domain just failed at Just Domain checkout. 1. Ask me what the checkout screen said, and whether my bank sent any confirmation request I might have missed. 2. Have me approve any pending bank confirmation, then retry the same checkout link once. 3. If it declines again, suggest switching to Apple Pay / Google Pay / Link on the same page. 4. Before a third attempt, re-check with Just Domain that the domain is still available, and confirm I wasn't actually charged (no confirmation email = no completed order).
