Is this a real registrar or a reseller?
A reseller - we partner with ICANN-accredited registrars, and the registry sees your registration the same way it would going direct. You own the registration and the name is yours to move: you switch the transfer lock off and get the authorization (EPP) code from your own account. There is currently no fee and nobody to ask. Timing rules belong to the ending, not to us - on gTLDs like .com, ICANN's Transfer Policy lets the current registrar refuse a move in the first 60 days after registration, and endings like .ai set their own.
Can an AI buy a domain for me?
An assistant can search for available names and hand you a checkout link - you complete the purchase yourself in the browser. The search tool can't make a purchase.
Can I move a domain I already own to Just?
Yes. Start at justdomain.ai/transfer: we check the domain before you pay, show you the term, the total and, where it can be worked out, the expected new expiry, and refund you in full if the transfer does not complete. Moving a domain OUT is self-serve too, from your account.
What happens at renewal?
You choose. With auto-renew on we currently charge the card on file about 30 days before the registrar's renewal date and email you the details ahead of that charge, never less than 15 days before it. With it off we email you before the domain expires and you renew it yourself from the domain page. That page states whether a charge is scheduled and when. Search shows the renewal figure next to the registration one before you buy.
Why no hosting / no website builder / no email plans?
Because someone else does each of those better. Just registers domains. Use whoever you want for the rest.
